Privacy Policy for VOYCE

1. Introduction

VOYCE is a creative company based in Siolim, Goa, operating VOYCE Studios, Academy, Records, Films, Symphony, Lab, the go360 programmes and VOYCE Radio. This policy explains what we collect through voyce.world, how it is handled, and which third parties your browser contacts when you use the site.

2. What we collect

  • What you type into a form on this site: typically your name, your email address and your message, along with any other fields that form presents.
  • Your IP address and the time of submission, used to rate-limit the form against abuse.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell personal data.

3. How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, quote work, manage a booking or enrolment, and keep in touch about the service you asked about.
  • Form submissions are delivered by email to a VOYCE mailbox and are also written to a submissions log on the web server, so an enquiry is not lost if mail delivery fails.
  • We do not use your enquiry for automated decision-making.

4. Where the site runs

voyce.world is hosted on Hostinger. Pages are static files; the only server-side component is the contact form endpoint described above. Email sent to a voyce.world address is handled by Google Workspace.

5. Third parties your browser contacts

Using this site causes your browser to make requests to the services below. Those requests carry your IP address and are governed by each provider’s own privacy policy, not ours.

  • Cloudflare (cdnjs): the HLS playback library used by VOYCE Radio is loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com.
  • Google Fonts: typefaces are served from fonts.gstatic.com.
  • SoundCloud: VOYCE Radio streams audio and artwork from SoundCloud while you are listening.
  • Embedly: two embedded players on the entertainment page.
  • Squarespace CDN: eight background images on some pages are still served from images.squarespace-cdn.com.
  • Booking and payment providers: if you book or pay, you are handed to that provider, who collects those details directly. We never see or store card details.
  • Links out to Beatport, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and Instagram only contact those services once you follow them.

6. Retention

  • Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the enquiry, and any engagement that follows from it, is live.
  • Rate-limiting records are short-lived and exist only to stop repeated automated submissions.
  • Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with the service providers named above to the extent needed to run the site and respond to you, or where the law requires it.

8. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@voyce.world and we will respond.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated. The version on this page is always the current one, and the effective date above tells you when it last changed.
