Terms of service

Effective date: 30 September 2026

1. Who we are

VOYCE is a creative company based in Siolim, Goa. We operate VOYCE Studios (recording, production, mixing, mastering and score), VOYCE Academy (courses across production, performance and projection), VOYCE Records (an independent label, including VOYCE Entertainment), VOYCE Films, VOYCE Symphony, VOYCE Lab, the go360 programmes (design360, tech360 and media360) and VOYCE Radio. By using this website or engaging any of our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and prices

  • Published prices are starting rates. Figures marked from move with scope, crew, equipment, timelines, revisions, usage and deliverables.
  • Every project is scoped before a number is given. Film and score work is quoted from a written treatment or brief.
  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are valid for 90 days from the date of issue, and are subject to revision thereafter.
  • Membership fees and service charges may be revised periodically.

3. Payment

  • A 50% advance confirms or commences a project. The balance is due on delivery.
  • Monthly retainers, including go360 programmes, are billed in advance.
  • Academy fees are confirmed in writing at enrolment and are charged per student.

4. Revisions

  • Two revision rounds are included on mixing, mastering, editing, grading and design.
  • Further revisions are charged at the applicable hourly rate.
  • A change of concept is new work, not a revision.

5. Bookings, cancellation and overtime

  • Studio and Lab bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge.
  • Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged in full.
  • Time beyond a booked block is billed in 30-minute increments.
  • Compressed timelines are subject to a rush surcharge of 25%, confirmed before commencement.

6. Client materials and timelines

  • Where a service depends on materials you supply, delays in supply shift the delivery schedule rather than compress the work, and do not extend the billing period.
  • Timelines are confirmed per project at quotation.
  • Feedback consolidated into one voice, and sign-off inside the agreed rounds, keeps a project on schedule.

7. Ownership and usage

  • Masters, footage, stills and design files remain with VOYCE until payment is received in full.
  • Usage rights, term and territory are defined per project. Commercial usage and licensing are scoped separately where required.
  • Every profile, platform and account created for you under tech360 is in your name, on your email, with your two-factor.
  • You retain your own intellectual property, and agree to respect that of others.

8. Third-party costs

Advertising and media spend, distribution fees, licensing and stock, software subscriptions and other third-party services are billed at actuals, in addition to quoted fees.

9. Membership and accounts

  • Membership is subject to approval and may be modified or revoked at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
  • Bookings may be completed through a third-party scheduling or payment provider, under that provider’s own terms.

10. Conduct

  • Do not misuse or disrupt the website, the studio or our community spaces.
  • Follow studio and site policies when using our physical spaces.

11. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages, data loss or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms, including hosting, booking, payment and streaming providers.
  • We may modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version, which is always the one published on this page.
